Keeping our planet safe
Rapid climate change due to the effects our industries are having on the planet is the largest threat to the future of human kind and other living organisms. As a species, we have become powerful enough to be able to singlehandedly influence the climate of the entire planet and it is in our hands to make sure Earth is prosperous for every living being that calls it home.
Our goal is to work towards making that a feasible reality.
Keeping ourselves safe
Undoubtedly, the industries that are currently threatening the planet are that same ones that bring us comforts that were unimaginable a few centuries ago. It is in the best interest of humanity to keep these tools around.
But we believe we can and should do more than just keep them around. We should improve the technology we use to make it more efficient for us and make it less harmful for the environment. There is a future where everything that brings us comfort can also have a positive effect on the planet.
There is a positive feedback loop between humanity and nature. The more nature thrives, the more we thrive as a species.
Our philosophy in esports
We feel that sustainability is something that has been lacking in esports, specifically in the EMEA region. Teams are created with the best players in mind, staying together for a split or two before moving on to other teams and organizations. We believe this approach is flawed.
The teams we create are meant to stay together for a longer period of time. The players are selected primarily by their attitude and the compatibility of their personalities as opposed to simply selecting the highest ranking or best performing player.
This approach allows us to build connections within the team and offers the players a stable environment where they can focus on their improvement without being swapped out at every opportunity or feeling like they are forced to leave due to ongoing issues.
Besides this being the best course of action for our organization, we believe that it positively impacts the region as a whole, because it grows talent over the long term, which creates high caliber players to compete in the region for years to come.
